MAIN GOAL: TO INCREASE MY STAMINA/ENDURANCE
I would say that I am a very well rounded person. I have a lot of activities here and there. I balance school, dance classes, journalism duties and a whole lot more. To be able to keep up with this busy and hectic schedule of mine, I should increase my stamina. This will not only help me when I exercise but also it will help me work even better.
